Returns & Refunds Policy
At Double Trouble Enterprises we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for instruction on options you may have including (a) obtaining a similar product for no additional charge, or (b) getting a partial or complete refund on your purchase. All refunds are subject to the provisions provided below.
Physical Goods such as Books, Kits, DVDs and specialty/gift items are eligible for return provided they are returned in original packaging including any shrink wrap or other forms of seal which has been applied. Physical Goods may be returned within 14 days of original purchase. A refund will be provided within 7 days of receipt of return. Refunds for Physical Goods are for the item only and do not include any shipping or handling expenses billed to the customer.
Digital Editions such as downloadable videos, PDFs and other software products may be returned for credit provided that they were not downloaded to the customer’s device. Once the download has been initiated by clicking one of the download links found on your shopping cart, purchase receipt or elsewhere, they are considered non-returnable. If you believe you made the purchase in error or wish to appeal our non-returnable policy, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Sale and promotional items reflect special savings and cannot be returned or refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you prefer to use a different carrier, please contact us for information on where to return your product(s). Here are some specific terms regarding Shipping, Exchanges and Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
